4. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and Bazaar M reserves the right to remove items from the online store without prior notice. Compensation or order cancellation cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
5. Placing an Order: To initiate an order, simply click the "order" button for the desired products. You may modify your order form at any time and continue shopping before finalizing your purchase by clicking "pay."
6. Pricing: Our catalog displays prices in Moroccan dirham, which are valid at the time of purchase. Any changes in currency exchange rates will be automatically reflected in the product prices. The prices listed in USD and Euro are for reference purposes and depend on the exchange rate (provided by a third-party service) at the time of your visit to the website. Prices in USD and Euro may vary at checkout depending on the exchange rates applied by your bank.
7. Order Execution: We strive to fulfill orders within three days from the day following your order placement. In the event of product unavailability, we will promptly notify you, providing an option to cancel the order. You may choose to receive a refund or explore alternative product options.
8. Delivery: Bazaar M offers complimentary worldwide shipping, subject to feasibility. Please ensure that you inspect the delivered goods and report any damages to us within two days of receipt. For your convenience, you can request an invoice to be sent to the delivery address by selecting the relevant option during the order process.
9. Shipping Details: Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, with shipments originating from Casablanca, Morocco. Depending on the destination, we utilize reliable carriers such as FedEx or UPS. In Morocco, products are dispatched via registered post. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any unexpected delays will be communicated to you via email, and they do not entitle you to claim damages, cancel the order, or refuse delivery.
10. Payment Method: We offer various secure payment methods for your convenience. Upon selecting your preferred payment method from our options, the transaction will be processed for debit from your account on the day following the delivery confirmation. For added security, our online payments are facilitated by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI).
11. Data Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and treat all information provided during the order process with utmost confidentiality. You have the right to request rectification of any personal data concerning you.
12. Right of Withdrawal: Upon delivery of your order, you have a period of ten days to exercise your right of withdrawal, entitling you to a full refund. Please note that the cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility, and only products returned in perfect resalable condition, complete with their original packaging, can be eligible for a refund.
13. Proof of Bank Card Transactions: Please be informed that transaction data recorded by the CMI on our online payment platform serves as irrefutable proof of commercial transactions conducted between you and Bazaar M.
14. Force Majeure: Bazaar M will fulfill its obligations to the best of its ability; however, we shall not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by force majeure events beyond our control.
