What is the estimated delivery time for my carpet?
Upon receiving an order, we diligently process it within 2-3 business days at our facility in Casablanca, Morocco. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, affirming the dispatch of your package.
All shipments are conducted through reputable courier services such as Aramex, FedEx or DHL to ensure a secure and expedited delivery process.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer complimentary worldwide delivery for our exquisite carpets and rugs, wherever international shipping is feasible.
How can I be notified when my order is shipped?
You will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
What delivery alternatives are available to me?
Standard shipping is facilitated through Aramex, FedEx or DHL. If you have alternative preferences or if these carriers do not service your country, kindly contact us before finalizing your order.
Import taxes and duties
Import taxes and duties are not included in the final purchase price. For further clarification or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Is it possible to return a carpet?
A return request must be initiated within 8 days of receiving the carpet(s).
The buyer bears the responsibility for the return shipping costs. The refunded amount will equal the cost of the carpet.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@bazaar-m.com before returning the carpet, indicating your intention to make a return.
Failure to do so will result in the non-acceptance of the return.
We recommend unwrapping your package promptly upon receipt, as keeping carpets or rugs enclosed for an extended period is not conducive to their well-being.
How should I clean my carpet?
Regularly vacuum your carpet to maintain cleanliness.
- Vacuum from side to side rather than end-to-end to avoid catching the fringes. Occasionally, take the rug outdoors and vacuum the back to remove embedded dirt that can cause fiber wear.
- Moths can be detrimental to your rug, especially in areas not frequently vacuumed. Pay particular attention to spaces under furniture.
- Clean and store your rug before prolonged periods of non-use.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the rug, as it can cause damage.
- Rotate your hand-knotted rug 180 degrees periodically to minimize wear from traffic patterns.
- Do not dry clean or steam clean your rug.
- Avoid using cleaning agents, as they may impact dyes and result in permanent color changes. Use only natural soap.
- Every 2 to 3 years, have your hand-knotted rug professionally wet-cleaned, thoroughly rinsed, and allowed to dry completely.
- Initial shedding is normal, and as you vacuum, the shedding will decrease, leaving you with the desired carpet appearance.
